KM Financial Services was founded in 2004 by Kelly Morris in Denver, Colorado. Kelly Morris is a CPA who identified a large and growing need for outsourcing accounting services for small and medium companies with fees substantially lower than local CPA firms. KM Financial Services provides services from preparing simple individual tax returns to providing complex comprehensive financial outsourcing for entire companies. Because of its clientele and services provided, KM Financial Services had the prestigious honor of being selected by Microsoft to Beta test their new small business accounting software and continues to partner with them on other projects.

BIO for Kelly M. Morris, CPA
Kelly Morris, CPA is the founder and Managing Member of KM Financial Services. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado and received her Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver. Kelly has over 13 years of varied accounting experience in both the public and private sector. Before founding KM Financial Services, Kelly spent over 5 years in tax consulting for Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 accounting firms. Kelly has also spent over 5 years of experience in the Financial Services and Software industries performing various accounting duties for Republic Financial Corporation and Systems Services corporations respectively. Kelly received her BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
